SHIPPING INFORMATION

FREE SHIPPING TO ALL DESTINATIONS WITHIN CANADA & USA ON ORDERS $80+*

 

ORDERS WITHIN CANADA:

· Orders $80+ will be shipped for FREE to all destinations within Canada.

· Orders under $80 shipped within Canada will be charged a flat rate shipping fee of $10.

· All orders are shipped via Canada Post Expedited Service. 

· All orders are processed within 2 business days and are shipped out of our location in Laval QC. 

· Depending on where you live in Canada, orders may arrive anywhere between 2-7 business days after they are placed.

 

ORDERS TO THE USA:

· Orders $80+ will be shipped for FREE to all destinations within the USA (including Alaska and Hawaii).

· Orders under $80 shipped to the USA will be charged a flat rate shipping fee of $15.

· All orders shipped to the USA are sent via Canada Post Tracked Packet and will therefore be delivered to you in the USA via USPS.

· All orders are processed within 2 business days and are shipped out of our location in Laval QC. 

· Depending on where you live in the USA, orders may arrive anywhere between 5-14 business days after they are placed with us online.

 

ORDER CURRENCY:

Please note that all orders are charged in Canadian dollars. If shopping in the USA, your credit card will automatically determine the exchange rate for you at the time of purchase and you will see the actual amount you were charged on your credit card statement. 

 

TAXES:

ORDERS WITHIN CANADA:

All taxes are charged in accordance with provincial and federal regulations. Please note that some provinces require PST to be self-assessed by their residents when ordering items from out of province.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS TO THE USA: 

Orders to all destinations in the USA are shipped out of our facility in Quebec Canada are international orders and are therefore not charged Canadian sales tax.
